Camp Scholler
Located adjacent to the convention grounds, the Camp Scholler campground is home for thousands of aviation enthusiasts every July. It’s where new friends meet and old friends reunite, all sharing in the camaraderie and spirit of aviation that brought them together.
Named for early EAA supporters Ray and Bernice Scholler, Camp Scholler features individual campsites that are available for tents and vehicles of all sizes (including large RVs), including some sites that feature electric and water hookups.
Designated camping areas are also available for those with disabilities and 24-hour generator use.
Among the amenities in Camp Scholler are two grocery stores, convenient access to evening programming, free public Wi-Fi hotspots, food services, shower facilities, RV pumping station, and portable pumping services.
Attendees staying in Camp Scholler can pre-purchase basic camping for any arrival date. Camp Scholler campers pay for their camping from the day they secure the site through the end of AirVenture. If a Camp Scholler camper leaves prior to the end of AirVenture, a refund may be issued upon check-out from the campground, less the three-day minimum.
Express Arrival
Express Arrival camping check-in will allow you to enter the campground through the Gray Lot with a scan of your bar-coded ticket, and head to your campsite. Look for directional signage when you arrive. This is the safest and quickest way to enter Camp Scholler!
