EAA is continuing to improve upon the highly successful EAA Flight Test Manual released in 2018, which has sold thousands of copies to date and has received universal praise in the aviation community. The FTM is unique in its task-based approach, providing test pilots with 19 separate “test cards” for each test point. Each card has quick-reference instructions for the test to be conducted and space to record data. The second edition is under active development and will be released after the new FAA task-based program is finalized.
