EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2025 invites aviation writers to be part of Author’s Corner schedule
Weeklong schedule features public signing opportunities, book sales
EAA AVIATION CENTER, OSHKOSH, Wisconsin — (February 6, 2025) — Aviation writers with an interest in appearing at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2025 are invited to apply for the weeklong Author’s Corner schedule during the event, held July 21-27 at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Author’s Corner is an opportunity for aviation writers to promote their books through meet-and-greets with readers during the annual Experimental Aircraft Association’s fly-in convention. Past schedules have included the full spectrum of aviation interests, and both non-fiction and youth/children’s books written by renowned aviation writers and notable personalities from the world of flight.
Authors are invited to submit an online application and send a copy of their book to be received by EAA’s Retail Operations team by March 13, 2025, to be considered. Late applications and books will not be considered. Among the requirements for consideration:
- The author must be an EAA member
- The author must be available to attend AirVenture for at least two days between Monday, July 21, and Saturday, July 26
- EAA must be able to purchase the author’s book from the author or publisher in advance of AirVenture

Schedule availability in Author’s Corner is limited. If a book is selected, the EAA retail team will confirm approval by April 1 and supply additional information.
