Watch, Listen, Learn

Come and explore our world-class displays and galleries and discover where aviation has been…and where it's headed.

EAAThe nine-acre grounds that Paul and Audrey Poberezny once called home are now on display thanks to Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co. and the Irwin family, who recently purchased the property. The Irwin family's relationship with the Pobereznys spans more than 50 years, and they are honored to open these historic outbuildings and grounds for EAA members and aviation enthusiasts to enjoy.

Visitors are able to walk through the meticulously sculpted grounds where Paul and Audrey spent 30 years of their lives. The unique experience includes access to:

  • The West Wing
  • The Annex
  • Thousands of personal memorabilia from a lifetime in aviation
  • Paul and Audrey's Memorial Garden
  • Nature areas encompassing the property

Guests can make their way through Paul's multiple offices in the Annex and "West Wing," where he would dream, read, write, and nurture the EAA organization. Visitors also can view thousands of photos and memorabilia that adorn the walls of each location, truly capturing Paul's love for people and his relationships. Many of Paul's and Audrey's late friends are permanently honored through recognition in their beautiful Memorial Garden and nature area.
